WHO ARE WE ?
A new independant publishing company formation with a strong recognition of these inportance of Sync as part of the mix in the current music industry. 4 experienced music industry people currently involved with 2 successful media companies (2pointzero Music & Exclamation Music)
Nick Morgan :licensing, advertising, creative & synch manager for advertising & synch agency and major music publisher, independent media company owner.
Mike Sefton : promotion, a&r for major record labels, creative manager, head of a&r & md for both major and independent music publishers.
Gary Downing : copyright, business affairs & director of synch for both major & indie music publishers, independent media company owner.
Chris Bangs : composer (commercial and media), producer, remixer, club promoter, dj & independent label owner.
Across our members we have an all encompassing range of skill sets and can offer various levels of advice in many areas including:
composition, producing, remixing, running an indie label, marketing, distribution, a&r, co-writes, song plugging & placement, exploitation, finding management and agents for gigs, licensing deals, looking for record deals, copyright, licensing and ALL forms of synch exploitation and placement plus we can offer advice on catalogue exploitation, bespoke representation for composers, web presence – Myspace / Twitter / Facebook etc.
WHAT DO WE DO?
We are an independent music publisher offering an exceptional all round service of ; registration, income tracking ( we are especially diligent in researching unpaid and uncollected income from previous deals), collection and distribution of all royalty income (via an administration agreement with Airstate), as well as a full and thorough creative and exploitation package provided by the wide and varied skills of all 4 directors of the company. We have a vast & far reaching array of contacts in just about every field of the business and this experience is at the disposal of every person signing to the company.
We represent each artist or client on a unique & original basis, having found out from them EXACTLY what they are looking for in an independent music publisher, working out a unique plot for every individual project and utilising each company member’s skill sets & contact base to help in every way possible to try and achieve the goals of each client.
